Frequently asked about the price
What happens after the trial?
The team becomes read-only: the evaluations, reports and PDFs so far stay in place and readable, but no new evaluations, locations or questionnaires can be added until a subscription is set up. We do not delete anything at that point.
How are locations counted?
Every active location costs by the day: the invoice comes at the end of the month for the days actually counted. An archived location is not billed, and its evaluations stay in the reports.
Do assessors and users cost anything?
No. The number of assessors, managers and admins is unlimited and does not move the price — the price is per location, not per person.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and the last invoice covers only the days used. Your data stays readable for at least 90 days after cancelling so that it can be downloaded.
