Everything you need to evaluate service

One tool for the whole cycle: from building the questionnaire to the visit itself, to results you can take apart by location, question and assessor.

Questionnaire

Build exactly the questionnaire your service needs

  • Different question types

Pick one option, tick several, give a rating, answer yes or no, move a slider, rank the options or write in your own words. You can drop in a note that needs no answer at all. Every answer is worth as many points as you give it — so you decide what matters more and what matters less.

  • Conditional questions

A question, or a whole section, appears only when it is relevant. If the customer ordered no coffee, nothing is asked about the coffee — and nothing is counted against the score either, so a question nobody asked cannot drag the result down.

  • Sections and order

Split the questionnaire into sections and move questions with the mouse or the keyboard. The preview is the same view the assessor fills in later, not an approximation of it.

  • Two languages, one questionnaire

Every question can be worded in both Estonian and English. The assessor sees it in their own language, and the answers collect into one and the same report.

Evaluating

Assessors fill it in on site, on a phone, on no paper

  • Locations and groups

Gather locations into a region, a franchise or a partner. The chain stays one network on one standard, which is what keeps a figure comparable between any two units.

  • Roles and access

An admin runs the team, a manager reads the reports, an assessor fills questionnaires in. Any of them can be narrowed to one group of locations — a franchisee then sees only their own units.

  • A join code

Share one code with your assessors, and regenerate or switch it off whenever you like. A code can never grant admin, so passing it on does not open the reports.

  • How often one may visit

Set how many times one assessor may evaluate the same location — per day, per month, or only ever once. So nobody files the same site ten times in a week.

Results

See straight away where service falls short

  • Weakest topics

The questionnaire's sections ranked by where the points are lost. A section rather than a lone question, because a section is the thing somebody can actually act on.

  • Down to the question

Open a single question and see how it was answered: the share each option took, and the daily average. The location filter reads the same question house by house.

  • Progress over time

Choose any period at all — the change appears beside the result, in percentage points, against the period of the same length immediately before it. The chart draws the average day by day, and a day nobody visited is left blank: an unmeasured day is not a nought.

  • A weekly digest

An email on Monday morning: how many visits, the average, the change on the week before in percentage points, a row per location and the three weakest questions.

  • Correcting a visit

An admin can review a mis-entered visit and correct it, and the score is recalculated. The assessor cannot — the measurement has to stay what they saw.

  • Export and PDF

Every report downloads as CSV — a file Excel opens correctly, accented letters included. Every individual visit has a PDF you can forward to the unit manager as it is.
