Terms of Service
evaluation.ee is operated by Weirix OÜ (registry code 12596481, Tallinn, Estonia), below we. These terms apply to everyone who uses the service, below the customer. They are effective from 1 September 2026.
The service
Evaluation.ee is software for auditing customer service: the customer builds a questionnaire, names the assessors and locations, the assessors fill it in on site, and the answers are scored into reports.
The service is provided as it is. We develop it continuously and may add, change or remove features. We give notice of significant changes.
The trial
Every new team gets a 7-day free trial with every feature, starting when the team is created. The trial needs no payment method and commits you to nothing.
When the trial ends without a subscription, the team becomes read-only: the evaluations, reports and files already there stay readable, but no new evaluations, locations or questionnaires can be added. We do not delete anything at that point.
Price
The price depends only on the number of locations. Every feature is included at every tier.
- 1–15 locations — €15 per location per month
- 16–50 locations — €12 per location per month
- More than 50 locations — we quote individually
VAT is added as required by law.
How locations are counted
The charge is calculated per day. For each day we count the locations that were active that day, and the day costs the monthly rate divided by the number of days in that month. So a location open all month costs exactly the monthly rate, and one added mid-month costs only for the days it was open.
An archived or deleted location is not billed from the day it was archived. An archived location keeps its existing evaluations and stays in the reports; only new evaluations cannot be recorded against it.
The tier is chosen from each day's own count. Amounts arising from dividing the monthly rate are rounded to the cent.
Invoicing and payment
We invoice in arrears: at the end of the month we issue an invoice for the days actually counted and e-mail it to the invoice address, or to the team owner where none is set.
Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Please quote the reference number shown on the invoice, so the payment reaches the right one.
If an invoice is not paid by its due date we send a reminder. If it remains unpaid the team becomes read-only. Our statutory right to claim interest on late payment is unaffected.
VAT
Estonian VAT is added for an Estonian customer. A company in another European Union country whose VAT number is confirmed in the VIES register is invoiced under reverse charge (0%). No VAT is added for a customer outside the European Union.
Where a VAT number cannot be confirmed we add Estonian VAT. Once it is confirmed it takes effect on the next invoice.
Cancellation
A subscription can be cancelled at any time. It runs to the end of the current period, and we issue one further invoice for that period — for the days used. We do not refund amounts paid, because we invoice in arrears.
After cancellation the data stays readable for at least 90 days so that it can be downloaded. On written request we delete it sooner.
The customer's obligations
- To give correct and current billing details.
- To keep account passwords private.
- To ensure that processing the data gathered through evaluations complies with the law — including informing their own staff where an evaluation concerns their work.
Data
Data entered by the customer belongs to the customer. We process it only to provide the service. Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
For the personal data that evaluations produce, the customer is the controller and we are the processor. That relationship is governed by the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms and applies automatically — there is nothing to sign. It also carries the list of sub-processors.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. A customer who does not accept a change may cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are heard by Harju County Court.
